Ingredients for this Glazed Pork
- pork tenderloin
- salt and pepper
- dried sage
- molasses
- apples
- butter
How to make
- Cut pork into 1 inch (2.5cm) thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet fry pork with vegetable oil. Cook for around 10-15 minutes. Add sage. Add molasses and cook for one more minute. Set pork aside in another bowl.
- Use the same skillet to cook de apples. Add butter and cook until apples are soft, around 5 minutes.
We usually eat it with carrots and broccoli. We slice the carrots and cut the broccoli in florets and cook them in a wok pan with olive oil and salt. That's it!

- 3 apples cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp butter
