We are big fans of this Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Apples recipe here at home! If you love pork and apples as much as we do, I'm sure you'll love this dish!

Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Apples

We believe that we can cook amazing meals with minimum effort and this recipe is the living proof this is true.

We have already made this delicious pork and apples for weeknight dinners, Saturday lunch when my mom comes over and next time we plan to make it when friends come for dinner. So, as you can see, it's not only easy to make and super delicious, you can also serve this dish in any occasion!

Ingredients for this Glazed Pork

  • pork tenderloin
  • salt and pepper
  • dried sage
  • molasses
  • apples
  • butter

How to make

  • Cut pork into 1 inch (2.5cm) thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet fry pork with vegetable oil. Cook for around 10-15 minutes. Add sage. Add molasses and cook for one more minute. Set pork aside in another bowl.
  • Use the same skillet to cook de apples. Add butter and cook until apples are soft, around 5 minutes.

We usually eat it with carrots and broccoli. We slice the carrots and cut the broccoli in florets and cook them in a wok pan with olive oil and salt. That's it!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb 900 g pork fillet
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp dried sage
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 3 apples cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions
