Blondies with Buttered Apples and Caramel Sauce | Travel Cook Tell

If you like Blondies you will love this recipe! The combination of buttered apples and caramel sauce is just irrresistible!

To start you’ll need a recipe for blondies. Check here!

For the Caramel Sauce you could use this recipe.

For the apples you’ll need (for 4 servings):

2 to 3 medium apples (pick your favorite)

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp sugar

Ground cinnamon to taste

Peel the apples and cut them in wedges. In a skillet melt the butter, add the apples and let them cook a little, until they are light golden brown. Add sugar and cinnamon and leave for 2 minutes more.

To assemble the dessert, in a plate place one piece of blondie, add some apples and drizzle with caramel sauce. If you like you could also serve it with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
