🤔 Why the name Alfredo?
Chicken Alfredo is a variantion of the Alfredo Sauce recipe from the famous Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe. Alfredo Sauce is a pasta sauce made with butter, cream and parmesan cheese and it was invented by Alfredo di Lelio in Rome.
🍲 Are there other variations to the Alfredo sauce?
Besides Chicken Alfredo, the most common variations are Shrimp Alfredo and Broccoli Alfredo, both of them served with pasta.
