Brownie Trifle with Cream and Raspberry Jam Recipe

I love trifles. I think they are a great opportunity to put some delicious ingredients together in a fuss free way. You don’t even have to be good at presentation to make something beautiful! And a brownie trifle is a win win (taste + presentation) 🙂

Brownies hold a special place in my heart as one of my all-time favorite treats. When paired with the tartness of raspberry jam and the lightness of whipped cream, you get a dessert that hits all the right notes. It's the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and creamy!

In this recipe, I've chosen to share instructions for a single serving, but fear not, it's a generously portioned dessert. You could easily prepare two servings and divide them into thirds for a more typical serving size.

For the brownie base of this trifle, I'd like to suggest two recipes from my blog. First up, my personal favorite, the Best Ever Brownies which offer a rich and fudgy texture. Alternatively, if you lean towards brownies with a cakey texture, the {Baked} Brownies recipe is an excellent choice that complements this trifle beautifully.

I think you'll also like my Easy Banoffee Pie recipe made in individual servings. Or maybe this Chocolate Overdose dessert. They are so delicious and also very easy to make!
