The Best and Easiest Ever Barbecue Pork Ribs

Do you know anybody that doesn't like barbecue pork ribs? I doubt it! Specially with this recipe 🙂

These ribs are not only the best, but they are also so easy to make! And do you know why they just fall off the bones? Here is the answer...

Boiling the ribs is what makes them so tender! Now let's check the recipe!

The Best and Easiest Ever Barbecue Pork Ribs

Prep time: 10 mins
Cook time: 1 hour 30 mins
Total time: 1 hour 40 mins
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
  • Pork ribs - 2 to 3 pounds (1 to 1 1/2 kilo)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
  1. Place ribs in a large pan with enough water to cover. Season with onion, bay leaves and salt. Cook for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  3. Remove ribs from pan, and place them in a baking dish/tray.
  4. Mix barbecue sauce, ketchup and brown sugar.
  5. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over ribs, covering both top and bottom of ribs.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until sauce is caramelized.
