The Best and Easiest Ever Barbecue Pork Ribs

Ingredients:
- Pork ribs - 2 to 3 pounds (1 to 1 1/2 kilo)
- 1 onion
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- Place ribs in a large pan with enough water to cover. Season with onion, bay leaves and salt. Cook for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
- Remove ribs from pan, and place them in a baking dish/tray.
- Mix barbecue sauce, ketchup and brown sugar.
- Pour barbecue sauce mixture over ribs, covering both top and bottom of ribs.
- Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until sauce is caramelized.
And the best sides for this amazing ribs? Light Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes! And some corn on the cob!
