Here in Brazil people don’t eat potatoes for breakfast. Bu we do! Not often, but when we feel like having some, we always go for this recipe. Simple and perfect!
- Potatoes, diced
- Vegetable oil for frying - enough to cover the bottom of the pan
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil potatoes, but don't let them get too soft.
- Preheat a frying pan with oil. Place the potatoes. You will get a better results if the potatoes are in a single layer. Fry until golden brown.
- Season with salt and pepper.
This recipe doesn’t have quantities because you can make as much as you want.
