- 1 1/2 cups papaya chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt OR milk OR orange juice OJ is my favorite!
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon molasses OR honey OR sugar or sweetener I prefer sugar or sweetener
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Place papaya, ice, yogurt or juice or milk, ginger, molasses or honey or sugar or sweetener, lime juice and mint leaves in a blender.
- Blend and serve.
