Brazilian Hot Dog Recipe

How to make it

  • Check if your hot dogs must be cooked (some here in Brazil are uncooked) and follow the package instructions.
  • Heat buns (steamed tastes better).
  • Open the buns, add hot dogs, mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Continue with peas, corn and pickles. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese and finish up with potato sticks.
You can omit any ingredient you want. I don't put mustard on mine. But everything else is there 🙂
