Best Ever Brownies {Quick & Easy}

Be ready to learn the Best Ever Brownies recipe! And even better, it's so easy to make!

Today I would like to share my favorite Brownie Recipe with you. And I call this recipe Best Ever Brownies because it's true, I have never eaten a brownie that is as good as this one. Ever! Not only that, these brownies are so easy to make you'll have to watch yourlself, otherwise you'll wanna make them almost everyday 🙂

Best Ever Brownies

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter 1 stick
  • 6 oz semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  • Line a 9x13in (20x30cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt butter and chocolate (I use the microwave oven).
  • Add sugars and mix well. Pour eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.
  • Add salt and cocoa powder.
  • Fold in flour and mix well.
  • Pour batter in baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes or when the batter starts to crackle on top. If you insert a toothpick it shouldn't come out completely clean.
