Batter:

Topping:

concord grapes
cut in half and seeded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Line a 8in x 12in (20cmX30cm) baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
Batter:
In a bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
In a second bowl, whisk together egg, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla.
Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
Topping:
Spread grapes on top of batter.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, and butter. Toss with a rubber spatula until large crumbs form.
Sprinkle crumbs over grapes.
Baking
Bake for around 30 minutes.
