Freeze the bowl of your ice cream maker 24 hours in advance.
In a blender, blend all the ingredients.
Transfer to a bowl, cover and freeze the mixture for 1-2 hours.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and churn until the it has thickened to the texture of soft-serve.
Transfer to an airtight container.
Freeze until hard, at least 2 hours.
Before serving, let the frozen yogurt sit on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes, until just soft enough to scoop.

*If you use frozen strawberries, 1 hour in the freezer should be more than enough*To make it without an ice cream maker you will blend all ingredients in a food processor or a heavy duty kitchen blender. Then place frozen yogurt in a large bowl and put it in the freezer. To make it creamier, when approximately 1 inch around the edge of the bowl is frozen, beat the frozen yogurt with a hand mixer and return it to the freezer. Repeat this process until the mixture has a creamy texture!* Homemade frozen yogurts can be kept it in the freezer for about 2 to 3 weeks and still maintain its quality.
