Ingredients
Cake

all-purpose flour

baking powder

butter
melted

brown sugar

cup (+ 1 tbsp)
plain yogurt

small apple
peeled, cored and diced
Topping/Crumb

tbsp
butter
melted

tbsp
all-purpose flour

cup
brown sugar
1/4
cup
rolled oats
1/4
tsp
ground cinnamon

Instructions
Grease a 8 1/2in x 4 1/2in (21cm x 11cm) loaf pan. You could also use waxed paper.
Preheat the oven to 350F (180C).
Prepare topping first. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon (if using) in a small bowl and set aside.
Mix butter and sugar together until smooth. Add egg and continue to mix. Add yogurt and mix well.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Stir in apples gently and avoid over mixing.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and sprinkle topping on the top.
Bake for 25 mnuites minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
