Ingredients
Pork

vegetable oil

pork tenderloin

soy sauce

tbsp
hoisin sauce

cornstarch

Broccoli Rice
Instructions
Cut pork into strips. In a bowl combine pork, 2 tbsp soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok pan heat vegetable oil. Stir-fry pork. You can cook in 2 batches so pork in cooked evenly.
In a small bowl, mix water, cornstartch and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Pour into pan and stir a little more.
