1/3boullion chicken cubeyou can substitute for 1 tsp chicken broth concentrate
2tbsp water
2tbsp Hoisin sauce
3tbsp brown sugar
2garlic clovesminced
2tsp corn starch
For the chicken
1tbsp vegetable oil
1lb (450g)chicken breastdiced
1cup pineapplediced
1/4cup cashew nutschopped (optional)
Instructions
For the sauce
In a saucepan mix all ingredients and let it simmer for around 10 minutes.
For the chicken
In a skillet heat the oil and fry the chicken until golden brown. Add the pineapple and cook for around 2 minutes. Pour the sauce, cashew nuts (if using) and mix well.
