Potato and Bacon Chowder
Ingredients

bacon
chopped

tsp
vegetable oil

medium onion
chopped
1
stalk
celery
finely chopped
1
clove
garlic
minced

tbsp
all-purpose flour

cups
chicken stock
1/2
cup
heavy cream
more, if desired

tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Fry bacon with vegetable oil for around 2 minutes. Add onion, celery and garlic and stir until golden brown, around 4 minutes.
Add flour, stir and start adding chicken stock, little by little. Pour heavy cream and allow mixture to boil.
Place potatoes and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
