Learn how to make a {Brazilian} Vegetable Blender Pie!

Ingredients
For batter:
½cupvegetable oil
2eggs
1cupmilk
1+ ¼ cup all-purpose flour
1tbspbaking powder
½tspsalt
For filling:
2cupsvegetables of your choiceseasoned, cooked and diced (for this recipe I used green beans, carrots and corn)
Instructions
In a blender jar add all batter ingredients and blend until well combined.
In a greased 9in x 13in (23cmx33cm) pan (you can also use parchment paper) pour half the batter. Add the vegetables evenly on top of and pour the remaing batter.
Bake at 350F (180C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the pie comes out clean.
