Ingredients
For greasing pan

tbsp
unsalted butter
Batter
3
eggs
1
cup
milk
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
1
cup
medium grind cornmeal
2
cups
all purpose flour
2
cups
sugar
1
tbsp
baking powder
Sauce
1/2
cup
dulce de leche
2
tbsp
heavy cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
Grease a bundt cake with butter and put it in the fridge for around 10 minutes.
In a bowl add all ingredients and mix well.
Pour batter in prepared bundt cake and bake for around 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cake cool completely before removing from pan.
Sauce
In a glass bowl mix dulce de leche and heavy cream. Microwave mixture for 30 seconds. Stir and pour on top of cake.
