Cut pork into 1 inch (2.5cm) thick slices. Season with salt and pepper. In a large skillet fry pork with vegetable oil. Cook for around 10-15 minutes. Add sage. Add molasses and cook for one more minute. Set pork aside in another bowl.
Use the same skillet to cook de apples. Add butter and cook until apples are soft, around 5 minutes.
Notes
We usually eat it with carrots and broccoli. We slice the carrots and cut the broccoli in florets and cook them in a wok pan with olive oil and salt.
