1large hamburger bun
1tbspmayonnaise
1-2tbspfrozen or canned corn
1-2tbspfrozen peas
3-4ozbeef, cut into strips
1egg
3leaveslettuce
3slicestomato
Instructions
With a little bit oil cook the beef. Season it with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a small frying pan, fry the egg.
Cut bun in half. Spread mayonnaise on the cut side of each half.
On one side of the bun add peas, corn, cheese, beef, fried egg, tomato and lettuce. Top with the other half of the bun.
Heat a large grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
Place sandwich in and grill it pressing with a large spatula or a smaller skillet.
Cook over medium-low heat, pressing down firmly, until bread is lightly golden and cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
