medium onions
cut into chunks

garlic cloves
cut in half

tomatoes
cut into large pieces

green bell pepper
cut into medium pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to taste

fresh parsley
chopped

flatbreads (like pita bread, naan and even flour tortillas)
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add onions and garlic cloves. Cook until golden brown.
Add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and green pepper.
Cook and stir once in a while until the green pepper is cooked.
Add salt, pepper and tabasco sauce to taste.
When mixture is ready, add the chopped parsley.
Let it cool a little and then put the mixture in a food processor and mix until everything is finelly chopped, but not like a spread.
Assembling:
Spread a generous portion of this mixture on each flatbread and take them to the oven for 2-3 minutes.
Squeeze some lime juice on top and eat up!
