Grease a 9in X 13in (23cm X 33cm) cake pan (if you have one a bit smaller, that's fine).
Using a whisk, mix all ingredients together and then pour it in the pan.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Let cake cool.
In a small bowl pour the sweetened condensed milk and coconut milk. Mix well.
Remove cake from pan and pierce the surface with a fork several times.
Slowly drizzle the cococnut milk/condensed milk mixture on top of the cake.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top of the cake.
Serve cold.
Notes
You could also cut the cake into medium squares/rectangles. Cut foil into squares large enough to wrap cake pieces and then wrap each piece individually in foil (see pictures below). You can keep the individual cakes in the fridge for a few days, but you can also freeze them and defrost for 5 to 10 minutes before eating.
