fake hollandaise sauce
Instructions
Toast the bread to your taste.
Place 1 tbsp water and 1 tsp butter in a frying pan and let butter melt over mediu heat.
Add egg/eggs, cover and let them cook to your taste. We like it a little runny.
Heat spinach (microwave or stovetop)
Drizzle olive oil on bread, arrange spinach on top, place the egg/eggs and pour fake hollandaise sauce over.
Serve immediately.
