This smoothie recipe caused different reactions here at home. I just loved it. My husband, not so much.

So I need you to settle this :)

Papaya Mint Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1½ cups papaya chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup plain yogurt OR milk OR orange juice (OJ is my favorite!)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon molasses OR honey OR sugar or sweetener (I prefer sugar or sweetener)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Place papaya, ice, yogurt or juice or milk, ginger, molasses or honey or sugar or sweetener, lime juice and mint leaves in a blender.
  2. Blend and serve.
