This smoothie recipe caused different reactions here at home. I just loved it. My husband, not so much.

Papaya Mint Ginger Smoothie
Author: Slightly adapted from Martha Stewart
- 1½ cups papaya chunks
- 1 cup ice cubes
- ½ cup plain yogurt OR milk OR orange juice (OJ is my favorite!)
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon molasses OR honey OR sugar or sweetener (I prefer sugar or sweetener)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- Place papaya, ice, yogurt or juice or milk, ginger, molasses or honey or sugar or sweetener, lime juice and mint leaves in a blender.
- Blend and serve.
Get ready for a very refreshing flavor…
